We will be hosting a work party on Sunday, June 14 at 10:00am at the Mount Trematon Nature Reserve.  We will be weeding invasive species out of the exclosure. It’s a great opportunity to see which native species are beginning to reveal themselves in this unique ecological area.

Lunch will be provided for those who RSVP. Please RSVP to linc@lasqueti.ca by Thursday, June 11, by the end of the day so we can reserve your lunch. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

What to bring: Work gloves, a water bottle and, if you have them,  trowels and favourite weeding tools

We hope you can join us for a fun and productive morning, enjoying a time of connectedness with nature.

For those that have space in their cars, meet at the hall at 9:45am to carpool. For those driving in, we’ll meet at the end of Charlene Llyod’s driveway located at the end of Lake/Center road, which is a little ways past Richardson Bay Road on the right. A painted mermaid marks the driveway.  There is space to park on the driveway and along the road past it if needed.
