LINC works to protect, restore, and sustain the ecosystems of Lasqueti Island and the surrounding islets through land conservation, stewardship, and education. Together, we’ve made real, measurable progress. Over the past five years, conserved lands on Xwe’etay have increased by 31%, from 1,808 acres in 2020 to 2,372 acres in 2025. This growth reflects a remarkable collective effort to safeguard the habitats and wildlife that make our home so unique.
