Marine Island, a small undeveloped 10-acre island located in Maple Bay, Lasqueti Island, was recently acquired by the BC Parks Foundation. The BC Parks Foundation, in conjunction with the Lasqueti Island Nature Conservancy (LINC), is preparing a management plan for Marine Island, beginning with an on-line opinion survey.
